Refund policy

30 days, unopened. You can return unopened, unused products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price.

Opened products. For safety, we can't accept returns of opened supplements.

How to return. Email hello@getplainform.com with your order number. We'll reply with the return address and instructions. Please don't send items back without contacting us first.

Return shipping. Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. In that case, we cover it or simply send a replacement.

Refund timing. Once we receive and check your return, we refund your original payment method. Banks usually post it within 5–10 business days.

This policy covers the product itself. It does not promise any particular result from using our products.
