Shipping policy

Where we ship. We currently ship to US addresses only.

Cost. Standard shipping is free on every order.

Timing. Orders are packed and shipped by our US fulfillment partner. Most US orders arrive within about 1–2 weeks of ordering. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and carrier delays can happen. We'll email you a tracking link as soon as your order ships.

Damaged, wrong, or missing items. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, or tracking shows it delivered but you don't have it, email us at hello@getplainform.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number (and a photo, if it's damaged), and we'll replace it or refund it.

Address changes. Email us as soon as possible. We can't change an address once an order has shipped.
